Each property first enters internal review so that the published information stays consistent and complete.

Step 2

Controlled publishing

The listing does not appear on the site immediately. We publish it only after the data and portfolio positioning are validated.

Step 3

Media prepared

The submitted image is automatically imported into the Media Library and used as the featured image for the property.

Submission for approval

Submit the property in a format that is clear and easy to review

The property reaches the admin area with the status “Pending”. It does not appear in public listings until it is manually reviewed and published.

The uploaded image is automatically added to the Media Library and set as the featured image for the submitted property.
